При этом также оценивалась техническая безопасность биржи, а также процесс хранения ключей и личной информации пользователей. Также эксперты утверждают, что в своем рейтинге они учитывали фактор соблюдения правил AML и KYC и то, насколько качественно управляют на бирже индивидуальными рисками.
После оценки всех факторов группы были поделены на четыре группы. В первой оказались лучшие, в четвертой – самые ненадежные.
